Joshua Mangoubi

Joshua Mangoubi, the Chief Investment Officer, is a firm believer in intrinsic value investing to achieve better risk-adjusted returns. During his nearly two-decades-long career, he developed proprietary valuation models for security analysis, focusing on intrinsic value and forensic accounting. He utilizes quantitative research to help screen for potential price-to-value discrepancies and qualitative research to evaluate company and industry structure.

Before Considerate Capital, Mr. Mangoubi was a Partner & Portfolio Manager at Sanborn Kilcollin Partners, LLC, an investment management firm launched in 2001. During his tenure, the firm had peak assets of over $400M. The firm was based in Chicago and managed money for Fortune 500 companies, pensions, endowments, banks, family offices, and high net-worth individuals.

Mr. Mangoubi holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas (2001) and an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago (2009). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.

He is based in Chicago with his wife and three children.
